Facilities at the Powerhouse Gym

The two gym areas are stocked with top of the range resistance equipment, free weights and cardiovascular machines - treadmills, steppers, rowers, bikes, recumbant cycles and cross trainers.

A separate mirrored fitness centre is available for the various fitness classes and also includes further resistance equipment. The studio is also equipped with boxing/kickbags, focus pads and skipping ropes. This studio area is also available for hire.

The gym is also equipped with 2 sunbeds - a standtan as well as a horizontal bed.

A variety of refreshing, chilled energy drinks are available and our 37" plasma screen will keep you entertained while you train.

As the owners of the Powerhouse we are on hand on the gym floor at all times. This means we are available to you the client whenever our assistance is required. Every customer is important to us!
